If you’re under 18, you may only use the Site with a parent/guardian. Do not feed honey to infants under 12 months. If you have allergies to bee products or chili peppers/capsaicin, do not consume our products.

Don’t interfere with the Site, scrape, reverse engineer, or use it to do anything illegal, infringing, or harmful.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.
3) Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping are added at checkout.
We may limit or cancel orders (for example, suspected resellers or fraud). If we change or cancel an order, we’ll attempt to notify you using the contact details you provided.
Payment is processed by third-party providers (e.g., card networks or digital wallets). By checking out, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.
4) Shipping & Risk of Loss
We ship to addresses in the United States (limitations may apply). Transit times are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the order to the carrier. Inspect packages on arrival and photograph any damage.
5) Returns & Refunds (Food Products)
Because our products are food, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@sweetsting.xyz with your order number and photos. If approved, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund to the original payment method. We may ask you to keep or dispose of the product; do not ship anything back unless we ask.
6) Product & Allergen Info; No Medical Advice
Ingredients and nutrition facts may change. Always read the label you receive.
Contains honey. Not for infants under 1 year. May contain chili/capsaicin. Avoid contact with eyes/skin; wash hands after use.
We make no health or medical claims. Nothing on the Site is medical advice.
7) Promotions, Gift Cards, and Discount Codes
Promotions/coupons can’t be combined unless we say otherwise, may be limited to in-stock items, and may end at any time.
Gift cards (if offered) are not reloadable, refundable, or redeemable for cash unless required by law.
8) Intellectual Property
The Site, its content, logos, product names, photos, videos, and designs are owned by Sweet Sting or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9) Reviews & User Content
If you post a review, photo, or other content, you represent you own it and it’s truthful, lawful, and non-infringing. You grant Sweet Sting a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Site and our business. We may remove content at our discretion.

The Site may link to third-party sites or services we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
11) Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Any advice or information you obtain from us does not create a warranty.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweet Sting and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase/use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

14) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
Binding Arbitration & Class Waiver (U.S. consumers):
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products will be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Class actions and jury trials are waived. You may pursue a claim in small-claims court if eligible. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing [support email] with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your name, email, and order number.
